Grown in the chilly region of Mount Gambier / Berrin by Joe Drew and the Ellis family on Coola Road. Crushed & pressed to release all the lovely textural elements good Chardonnay has. Barrel fermented, partial malolactic. Matured in second fill puncheons on lees for 12months before bottling in May 2025.
