BUT in the meantime, if you’re a keen bean, you can go ahead and buy yourself some Fiano. It’s delish and you won't regret it, but you’ll just have to be patient for the notes!

There’s nothing like a spare of the moment decision mid vintage, and this was absolutely that. A day working in the cellar at Bellwether and loading up grape bins ready for harvest the next day

Barrel fermented. Kinda treated like Chardy… ALL the texture please. Then outta barrel with some extra time on lees in stainless before a nice early bottling to keep it bright and fresh. Yum.
